The Nordic Chef of The Year Menu was created in honor of Viktor Örn Andrésson, Head Chef at LAVA since 2010. This menu includes slowly cooked cod with smoked langoustine salad, fried front rack of beef and beef cheek, and cranberries and organic dark chocolate.
A la carte options include seafood salad, torched salmon, pan fried blue ling, fried rack of lamb, and of course skyr, a special Norid Chef of the Year 2014 dessert and more. Visit Blue Lagoon’s website for more information on these new menus.
