    Icelandic Cocktails to Spice Up Your End-of-Summer Parties

    Celebrate the last warm summer days with these refreshing Reyka cocktails.

    Everyone's celebrating the last days of summer, and whether you're barbecuing with friends, or just hanging by the pool, you'll need to try one of these delicious Reyka cocktails!

    Yes, the summer went by in a blink, but there's no reason not to go out with a bang!  Lucky for us, Reyka Vodka has crafted signature and easy-to-make cocktail recipes that are bound to make your holiday weekend that much better.

    So sit back, relax and do as the Icelanders would do…enjoy a Reyka cocktail or two!  After all, you deserve it!

    Reyka New Maid

    • 2 parts Reyka Vodka ¾ part Simple

    • 1 part Lime

    • 3 slices of cucumber

    • Small handful of mint



    Add all ingredients to shaker and muddle cucumber and mint. Shake and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig poked through 3 cucumber wheels.

    Reyka Rhubarb Fizz

    • 2 parts Reyka Vodka

    • ¾ part Rhubarb Puree

    • 1 part Fever tree bitter lemon soda



    Shake and strain into ice filled highball glass, top with bitter lemon soda.  Garnish with lemon twist.

    Reyka Icelandic Cooler

    • 2 parts Reyka Vodka

    • 2 parts Club Soda

    • 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice



    Combine Reyka and fresh lemon juice. Top with soda water.  Serve in coupe and garnish with grapefruit slice.

    Reyka Brooklyneer

    • 1½ parts Reyka Vodka

    • 2 parts Fresh Lime Juice

    • Muddled Cucumber and Basil



    Add all ingredients to shaker and muddle cucumber and basil. Shake and strain into coupe. Garnish on a toothpick with a melon ball and jalapeño slice.
