    FIRST

    Grilled Langoustine and sea truffle

    Creamy langoustine soup, tarragon seaweed

    Smoked salmon, horseradish, wild herbs

    SECOND

    Mosaic of Arctic char, burnt leek and crispy barley 

    Dill, green apples, roe, and Icelandic buttermilk

    THIRD

    Fried Lamb fillet and sirloin

    Leg of lamb, wild juniper berries, forest mushrooms, arctic thyme

    Yellow beet, potatoes, lemon thyme and garlic infused lamb sauce

    FOURTH

    Icelandic Skyr.

    Wild blueberries and warm Icelandic donut

    White choclate and oat crumble

     

    Tickets to the event are $120 and include a specialty cocktail, entertainment and a four-course dinner with wine pairings.
