    Taste of Iceland in Boston 2016 Drink Menu

    Icelandic Paloma
    2 oz Reyka Vodka
    1 oz Fresh Grapefruit juice
    ½ oz Ancho Reyes
    ½ oz simple syrup
    ¼ oz Fresh lime juice
    Garnished with a black lava rock rim and lime wheel

    Pineapple Pickup (by Kári S., Apotek, Reykjavik, IS)
    1 3⁄4 oz. Brennivín, chilled
    1 oz. Pineapple & Rosemary syrup
    3⁄4 oz. lemon juice
    2 dashes rhubarb bitters
    Shaken and strained, topped with a splash of club soda.
    Garnished with pineapple wedge & a rosemary sprig.
