Iceland's famous cultural festival returns to Toronto on Nov. 9-12!
Iceland Naturally invites Toronto to celebrate Icelandic culture with the return of Taste of Iceland November 9-12! The annual, four-day festival highlights the best of Icelandic culture, showcasing the Nordic nation’s cuisine, music, art, film and literature in (mostly free) events around the city. Iceland Naturally is excited to announce that literature, art and culture events will be also be returning to Taste of Iceland in Toronto this November! Join Iceland’s First Lady, Eliza Reid, for a discussion on the history of Iceland’s storytelling and what inspires Icelandic authors to put pen to paper. Björg Stefánsdóttir, director of the Icelandic Art Center, will also lead a lecture on Iceland’s contemporary visual arts and how Iceland sustains such a thriving art scene.
